Business and Development Manager – Extra Care Housing Service – Provider Services, ASCH

Salary: Grade 14

Full Time (36 hours per week)

Permanent

 

The Opportunity

The extra care housing service is regulated by CQC and has a duty of care to the residents of the 6 separate schemes, located across the borough, and a total of 259 flats.

The service is in the final stages of a restructure and requires a proactive Business and Development Manager to support improvements and ensure service compliance.

This role will have a key focus on the regulatory and statutory compliance of the service, ensuring the best outcomes for Croydon residents already residing within the service, and those looking to move into the service.

Leadership and guidance of a large staff team, working alongside HR partners to address staffing needs and concerns.

 

About You

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual, who also has;

Ø  Experience of a CQC registered Service

Ø  Experience of cross- divisional / multi-disciplinary working

Ø  Understanding of budget constraints when delivering services

Ø  Good Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to this role.

Ø  Ability to prioritise own workload and that of a large team in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines.

Ø  Extensive experience of team leadership and staff management

Ø  Ability to work in a large, complex political organisation and to understand and operate within national and local frameworks of accountability.
