Business Programme Manager initially 18 months fixed term contract – Job Share

NJC grade12 Salary: £47,040 to £49,083 pro rata

21.6 hours per week

 A dynamic and proactive Business Programme Manager is required to manage and develop the Business curriculum area as a job share with a manager in post.   CALAT’s highly successful adult learning service, offers a range of course covering business skills, employability, customer service, business start up and associated account technician qualifications. Courses run from pre entry to level 4 across 3 sites and community venues.

CALAT is a large, dynamic and high-quality adult education provider with provision offering pre-entry to level 5 courses and has recently achieved a Good OFSTED rating in November 23.  Applicants should have excellent people management skills and in-depth knowledge of post 19 education, employability skills and business qualifications.
