London Borough of Croydon is looking to appoint a Caretaker to join the Facilities Management team to provide professional customer focused FM service.    

Reporting to the Facilities Building Manager (BWH & South) you will assist to ensure the smooth running of the building by liaising with clients, customers, contractors and staff using the premises.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic individual who will contribute to the team who will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a demanding environment and assist in the overall running of the building and to ensure highest level of service to customers.

This role will form part of the front line FM Services Team to make sure all our facilities meet the needs of all our visitors. You will assist in ensuring and overseeing the building is safe, secure and functional environment for all building users. 

The role will be on a weekly rota system that will include some weekend working.

If you are an existing permanent Council employee fixed term contract opportunities are only open to you as a secondment.
