About you:
Qualified, accredited and registered as both a Social Worker and Systemic family therapist, you will have experience of working with complex and vulnerable families demonstrating your therapeutic talents with both individuals and groups.
Your skills in undertaking assessments of therapeutic need will enable you to consult, advise and provide reflective supervision to social worker practitioners and managers.
Your ability to engage and develop effective professional relationships will enable you to deliver high quality systemic interventions. If you are able to deliver training – even better!
Most of all your compassion and drive to a way of working which emphasises people’s relationships will enable you to ensure our children and young people are safe and remain at home where possible.
