How to apply
You may find the application and recruitment process for the CSW role is different to previous social work roles you have applied for. Please do not let that deter you from applying for the role.
To apply for the role you will need to:
1. Complete an application form at https://form.jotform.com/202663718644056
The panel will anonymously shortlist the applications, scoring each competency covered in the questions on a scale of 1 to 4.
2. Attend an interview or assessment centre
If shortlisted you will be invited to interview during the week commencing 17th May, 2021.
Shortlisted candidates are invited to an assessment day where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in different contexts. We have found traditional interviews alone do not always give candidates the best opportunity to demonstrate all their skills; but our assessment days have been designed to give you the chance to show us all your strengths in a range of different activities.
The assessment day consists of:
• a panel interview
• a written activity
• a listening activity
• a role-play activity
There will be a virtual role briefing for potential applicants offered by Frontline – if you are interested in attending this or would like further information about the role and application process you can contact:
Danielle Perrimon (danielle.perrimon@croydon.gov.uk), Workforce Development Consultant, Early Help & Children’s Social Care Academy or
Alice McNeil (alice.mcneil@thefrontline.org.uk), Frontline Partnership and Placement Manager.
