About you

With Head of Service experience and knowledge, you will be a confident leader and be able to be the change; with a passion for inspiring a social care workforce to be creative in their change and improvement. With a social work qualification and extensive post-qualification experience in both statutory, Public and Private Law Proceedings your track record of leading from the front will be essential.

The pace of change is demanding, so your resilience and ability to manage conflicting priorities will demonstrate your leadership skills.
