Housing Mystery Shoppers – Volunteers needed
At Croydon Council, we constantly strive to improve the services we deliver to our tenants and leaseholders. Mystery shoppers are a group of residents, just like you, who carry out checks on some of our housing services. The feedback from these checks will then help us to improve those services.
Mystery shopping is really quite easy but you will get plenty of help and support from the resident involvement team.
We are now recruiting dedicated residents to join our pool of mystery shoppers.
You need to be able to:
Participate in briefing/training sessions prior to each shopping exercise
Contact or visit the council offices to test various housing services
Complete monitoring forms and return these to the council within the required timescales.
Is it for you?
Do you want to be part of a group of residents who help ensure that housing services are effective and meeting the needs of all tenants and leaseholders?
Do you want the opportunity to improve your knowledge and develop your life and work skills?
Are you looking to gain valuable ‘work experience’?
Training will be provided to assist you in your role.
This is a voluntary role and you will not be paid. However, reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out the role will be fully reimbursed
