Secondment /Fixed Term Contract opportunity up to 31 March 2027
Croydon is looking for an experienced programme manager, someone who is passionate about transforming public services, partnership working and improving outcomes for communities.
We are seeking a Partnership Programme Manager to lead the development, delivery and evaluation of a new Public Service Reform programme in Croydon. The programme is focused on early intervention and prevention, and through the adoption of the “local area co-ordination” model, the programme will explore and demonstrate how a cross-Council relational support offer for residents can improve health and wellbeing and contribute to improved financial sustainability of Council services.
The post holder will be the Council lead for the programme, and the role will include programme management, delivery team management, and significant partnership working. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of reshaping public services through new ways of working, and to contribute to the evidence base for prevention investment in Croydon. The programme will maximise the impact of Croydon’s Public Health Grant and connect into the Future Croydon transformation plans.
