Registered Manager – Extra Care Housing Service – Provider Services, ASCH
Salary: Grade 10
Full Time (36 hours per week)

The Opportunity
The Extra Care Housing service is in the final stages of a restructure and requires a confident and proactive CQC Registered Manager to oversee and take ownership of the day to day operations, service delivery and care of the residents.
This role will have a key focus on the person-centred delivery of care and support, within the constraints of agreed care plans, and to support the best outcomes through partnership working.
The role will be evidence based in line with regulatory and statutory compliance and the service management will be subject to CQC inspection and internal audit.
The Location
We are looking for 2 Registered Managers, to be located at 2 separate locations
1. Frylands Court – 24 Hutchingsons Road, New Addington. CR0 0BD
2. Toldene Court – 106 Tollers Lane, Coulsdon. CR5 1BD

About You
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual, who also has;
Ø Experience of a CQC registered Service
Ø Experience of cross- divisional / multi-disciplinary working
Ø Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to this role.
Ø Ability to prioritise own workload and that of a large team in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines.
Ø Experience of team leadership and staff management
Ø Must hold a L5 in Adult Social Care
