About the Role
You will develop new and innovative business processes, procedures and techniques, to deliver a programme of service improvement, which aligns to strategic outcomes and long-term solutions for the residents of Croydon.
The successful candidate must possess a data driven and analytical approach to problem solving and impact analysis. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and experience with an improvement methodology, such as Lean Six Sigma.
The post holder will also participate in the development and implementation of service improvement workshops, training and systems support ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and policy.
